Sarah Gornall

Sarah Gornall, MCC, is a highly experienced executive coach with a record of successful coaching programmes in private, public, and voluntary sectors. She has been a leader of professional coaching in the UK for many years and is a past President of the UK Board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Sarah founded Coaching Climate in 2005. Clients describe her as calm, wise and inspirational.  She is informed by a wealth of experience in leadership and governance roles, decades of developing people and a lifetime of personal learning.

 

Qualifications

Credentialed by the ICF as a Master Credentialed Coach (MCC), Sarah has qualifications in the psychology of coaching, performance coaching, team coaching and coach supervision. She has been a coach supervisor since 2009 and is an MBTI and Strengthscope Practitioner.

Partnership

Sarah works closely with Jenny Bird, MCC, both writing books and articles and designing and delivering workshops.

Clients include C-Suite and senior leaders in the private sector (including FTSE 100); Senior Civil Servants across a range of departments and agencies; managers in charities; NHS consultants and board members; Heads of HE/FE departments, schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.
